Shipping: We ship Australia-wide.
Express Post (cakes and pantry items): Dispatched within 2 working days. To make sure cakes arrive fresh and don't sit in a depot over the weekend, express orders are dispatched Monday to Wednesday only. Order by 12 noon Tuesday to guarantee Wednesday dispatch, orders placed after that will go out the following Monday.
All other items: 5 to 10 business days.
Local collection is also available from our hub at Morrissey Blinds & Interiors, 20/21 Global Road, Neerabup, Perth WA. Open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 12pm Saturday.
Returns: We take great pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure every order meets your expectations. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
Damaged or faulty items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund for the damaged item.
Non-returnable items For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any food-related items, including preserves, jars, and baked goods.
