This one's all hedgerow and frosty mornings. A proper old-fashioned jam packed with brambles and winter berries, simmered slow until it's deep, rich and ready for toast.
It's the jar that takes me right back. Wellies on, bramble picking with my mum, fingers stained purple by the time we got home. That's what's in this jar.
Spread it thick on warm toast, dollop it next to a wedge of cheese, or stir a spoonful through your porridge on a cold morning. However you have it, it tastes like home.
