This honey comes straight from our own hives, gathered by our bees from the blossoms around them and gently strained before it is jarred for your table. It is golden, floral and naturally thick, with the soft, rounded sweetness that only real honey has.
We keep our bees with care and patience, letting them work at their own pace, so each jar carries the flavour of the seasons and the place it comes from. No blending, no heating, no shortcuts, just honey as the bees made it.
